Happiness* Since this is the first blog post, I’m going to go ahead and use this as an opportunity to state that, as I am expanding my awareness and understanding, there may be a strong possibility that what is said in one blog post may contradict what was said in a previous blog post. As opposed to seeing this as an error in judgment, an incongruity inside, or a permanent negative mark against the capacity to think or express, regardless of what may be said, it is just par for the course when one experiences life, reflects, and grows.
What I will be sharing: thoughts, discoveries, research, and experiments that have allowed me to move forward while also, on occasion, sharing a bit of myself.
Intentions of sharing: to reflect, to learn, to grow, and to empower. Ultimately, to share is to teach and to teach is to expand self and others.
